Exchanges & Returns Policy
＜Customer-initiated cancellations and refunds＞
For digital products and software licenses:
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@blacklightseo.com.
After 14 days from the initial purchase date, refunds are not available.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. If a refund is approved within the 14-day period, the subscription will be canceled and access to the software license will be terminated.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
＜Defective products or service failure＞
If the product does not function as described or a service failure occurs due to our fault, customers may choose either:
